Nandx update with usb cable fails

I have purchased the nandx update cable to update to 3.0 but i cant install the drivers for it. i point it to the nandpro30 folder with the ARM3 hex file, but it says it cant install it?

I am on win7 x64

hard to describe...im not a noob i just dont think i got the right files. its the nandx update cable. goes from usb to the serial port on the nandx

You will need to download and install these drivers for the update cable and then follow this tutorial (select the COM port assigned to your update cable in Windows).

the problem now being that when i try to flash the coolrunner, it says "File execution FAILED!"
