GENERAL Need a few questions answered about slim

Hi guys,

This has been my one stop shop for answers and I need you all again.

I've just got landed with a slim 360, would like it flashed. ive dont phat ones before but this is a new kettle of fish.

few questions,

I understand hitachi cant be flashed at this moment in time, True or false?

Is there anyway to tell what a drive is in it before opening (dont want to void warrenty for nothing) i read about colours:

pink, 1071
blue 0401
green 0272
red 0225
yellow 0500 or 0225
orange 9504

Can all of the above be flashed without buying PCB replacement? if not what ones need PCB?

yes all can be flashed without pcb replacement apart from the hitachi which cant be done whatsoever atm..but if u fail the kamikaze hack on the winbound drives then a tx replacement board will sort that out, if u get a mixic board then you can do the sputnik hack on it...but you will have to open box for deffo to make sure what drive you have

youre definitely gonna have to open the box and plug into JF to make positive what drive you have.
