Need a little guidance with updating a dual nand

Hello im kinda new to the whole updating firmware for my dual nand rgh. i already know how to use it but i have a question. if i update my glitch nand will my stock nand also be updated to the glitches dashboard as well or do i have to do something special

Updating your rgh nand wont update your stock nand.

then how do i update the stock nand? do i update normally like a retail Xbox?
