need an installer in MA or CT area !!

I currently have a ver 1.8 chip and I deleted some of the files I need to open up the applications menu! I need someone to either fix it of I was also Interested in Updating to an X3 chip. If you know how to do this and get everything I need done to it ( flash bios?) I dont know much about this type of thing but am willing to pay someone that does. please reply soon

LOL... I'm getting the feeling that you have a better chance of being struck by lightning than seeing Sammy LT come out...
