Need Cross Flashing Help ..

So I go to load the stock iHAS firmware to flash it to my HP 1260t and I get the two bars then error. Not sure what is going on , but I need some help.

what do you mean? you need an ihas revision b in order to use the max burner.only ihas revision b work as i know.
