Need help 360 is freezing up

Hi peeps, im new to this site, but old to the modding scene. Im trying to fix my 360 but I dont know where to start. It's freezing up when my system boots wont even get to the menu screen. Sometimes it does allow me to boot a game when I let it sit for a long period of time unplugged. I thought that maybe the drive was causeing the problem so I took the DVD drive out just to see if the menu would boot up, but it still just freezes up on the boot screen. Anybody have any ideas? I was thinking maybe it was a heat issue so I put a fan on it and even tried running it w/ the case off and I still get the same result. It doesnt seem to be running hot at all. I've taken the HD off even just to see if that was causeing it. No red lights either.

sounds like a good start maybe you should get 4000 more xbox bricks and build an xbox shaped house. Lol did you get the warrenty.

Well the drive is flashed and the sticker is gone so I think I would have a hard time passing that one through M$.

No real answer mate but sounds like hardware failure of some sort.
