Need help, 360 not booting

1) i dumped nand using J-runner
2) Flashed the Coolrunner,

then its suggested in the PDF to turn on the 360
i disconnected the Nand-x connected the DVD and turned the 360 on, not working
the soldering should be ok, they was made by some one else
not me he works at soldering in a factory.

Regardless of where the person who did the soldering works, pictures should be posted. What dash were you on before attempting the RGH? Have you flashed the ecc yet? What does it do when you try to power on?

I dont see a picture (no video signal),red led on coolrunner,
after 1 min aprox o get 3 red light on console

He means pictures of the motherboard where the coolrunner is installed. Take a picture of each solder point.

Also is the coolrunner on program or normal?

he was on program the first time i boot, i changed it to norm later

Switch to NORM in coolrunner if you programmed him.

I get red led, and after about a min i see 3 red lights on 360,

If the green light isn't flashing that means its not sending a glitch pulse. Check your orange wire (STBY_CLK). Also since you are on stock NAND it is RRODing due to the inability to boot, it does that after a certain period of time on stock. I'm curious as to whether or not it's booting when you have the switch set to prg, it should boot when the coolrunner is in that position as its essentially turned off.

Something is wrong then. I'd bet anything it's the soldering, unfortunately it will be a tad bit hard to troubleshoot until clear pictures are posted :/. If I were you I'd check the orange wire as previously stated, my cr stopped blinking green one day and I dismantled the Xbox and sure enough the orange wire had disconnected, I just soldered it back on and it's been working like a charm ever since

(mmm, do i need to use the white socket on the CR for something ? ( i guess not ))

Only red led on CR no boot.
Nand read and compare was OK, i also Flashed CR using J-runner there was green light in flash, tried to boot, no Video signal, wrote Ecc, same, after a about a minute of waiting i get 3 red lights

So with stock NAND flashed back (you only need to flash the first 50 blocks) and CR set to PRG it doesn't boot?

try to solder the orange wire on the alternate spot - R2R6 and the blue one on the same spot but on the other side of the motherboard. there are plenty of posts with the alternate points.
