So with stock NAND flashed back (you only need to flash the first 50 blocks) and CR set to PRG it doesn't boot?
I used J-ruuner

at the begining i only read nanad and flashed ECC, according to J-runner pdf it says to try to boot the console then,

i got no green light on the CR and no video signal, after about a minute i see 3 red lights on 360.

booth the yellow wire on the coolrunner and the green wire look like they could use a little more solder

Can i check if everything is OK with 360 by stock nand back and remove 3.3v (no video signal also on Prog with stock),
or do i need to remove QSB and all wiring.
All the soldering looks ok....

Martin said to revert to stock NAND, not re-writing the ecc. Assuming that you are using J-Runner and have a NAND-X, you do that by:

1. Open J-runner. Load at "source file" the ORIGINAL NAND.

2. Advanced > Custom Nand functions

3. Command: Write
Size: 16
Filename: originalnand.bin
Start block: 0
End block: 50

4. Press "Run"

5. After writing without errors, unplug the Xbox for 1 min, set the CR on Prog, and start normally.

You need to get your console back to a working state, so start reverting what you've done.

Flash back to stock, remove all wiring and power on. Clean up any stray solder with wick and IPA.

Let me know what happens.

**** UPDATE - i did not get green led in first try, maybe not in the second also, but after i did ****

found the problem was in the QSB connecting to point B (maybe i overheated it on the first try before gave it to friend, the problem was fixed by a friend of mine)
i still dont get green led,used J-runned,
