need help e79 when writing xell

i have the nand-x and i soldered in the pin headers and im using wires with no diodes right now but i think that is one of the causes of my e70 but i had e79 when i wrote xell with qsb's ............how can i fix my error? i have some pictures of my current set up and i also have for read errors that i dont know how to fix...........

Looks like ur missing a diode there.
Reflash original nand, add diode then flash xell.

Wait a second... you didn't add any diodes ??!!
You need diodes, either BAT41 or 1N4148.

Those arrows are diodes and u need to soder them like so ( black heads going down...)
