Need help - Error Code 13 (Dashboard cannot launch)

Hi there, been experiencing some problems lately. I have an executer2 (not sure what is the accurate version). Whenever i turn on my xbox, the error screen that says error code 13 and the eject button would be flashing non-stop. Is there any way to rectify this problem??

Error 13 means dashborad launch fail...use a boot disc to re-install your dash or run a Slayer's Auto-installer.

Thanks for the reply. Pardon my ignorance, but how do i get a boot disc or the slayer's auto-installer??

Xbins. Instructions on using it is in the "xbins" link in my sig. Will likely be under xbox\apps or maybe xbox\autoinstallers. Never looked for one so I'm not certain.
