There is only ONE official JungleFlasher Tutorial, and it comes with JungleFlasher. it is called jftut.1.4.4.pdf, and it is in the Documentation folder in JF. Open it and read the first ten pages, then follow the links starting on page 11.
The link XBOX4LIFE posted is also very good, but does not explain the process if you are hell-bent on using onboard sata. Here are some basic steps to prepare your PC for onboard SATA use. BenQ drives are usually pretty good about using onboard.
1. Ensure ACHI and RAID are disabled in BIOS. Native IDE is ok.
2. disable/remove any optical drive emulation software like DaemonTools or PowerISO
3. Use Primary Master SATA (usually sata1 or 0 (lowest#) port). Each port is labeled on the mobo.
If your system HDD is in the lowest one, MOVE IT!
4. Ensure PortIO is running at JF launch. The log will say "portio##.sys Driver Started, thanks Schtrom !"
5. Ensure "Include non-IDE" is ticked, and "VIA only" is unticked in JF
6. Scroll thru your I/O ports and note the port that the drive is on. It should be the one that says SATA Primary Master under Port Properties in JF.
If you are using a 64-bit version of windows, you will also need to do the following to get PortIO running:
1. Download and install DSEO --->
