Need Help Flashing Mk28

I am trying to flash a MS28 drive using NTFS for DOS.

Here is the steps i did.

Turned on PC and booted int Dos. Pressed Enter and Yes.
Turned Xbox 360 On.
Went to C:
Then C:\
then c:\iprep
then did idump 1234567 12345

It says

MKDIR failed for 'Backups\12345'
MTKFLASH by Joseph Lin, MTK 1998 (Ver 1.83c)
please wait....
Drive Scaned:
1: IDE Sec Master
2: XTREME Pri Master
choose one drive:

So I chose 2
then I get this
Port: cd60, Master/Slave: a0


I have a Via VT6421 card.

on the v28 you have to use the 10 sec trick to get in the drive.

check this out.he does it in under 10sec but it works for him.i know its with a blaster but the steps are the same you just take the blaster out.
