ok i read the tutorial on how to flash the bios for my x3 and all but nothing that they told me works. when i try to use the via http method it just comes up with a paeg that says "this page cannot be displayed". and when i try to use the cd or dvd method they dont work ether, what i did was i downloaded a dumy file and made a 100mb dummy file. then i went to xbins and downloaded the x3 3029 bios and then i put both the dumy file and the x3 3029 bios on a dvd and tried to load it up on the xbox, i did this with both dvd and cd and it always says cd-rom lable - X3_bios and then right under that it says "no bios update found... halting!". and well that didnt work ether. the only one i havent tried to do is the harddrive instalation, but i dont really get how to do that one. if someone could help me i would really appreciate it.
thanks,

Do you have any lights on the display-if not take the cover off and look at the chip-you should see the blue led's light-if you don't check the soldering

Yea if your LED's aren't lighting up you should really check your soldering, because that's the only place that could cause that.
