need help flashing my x2.6 ce mod chip

Ok installed chip did wire install on xbox v.1.0 then booted the xbox Flashbios 3.0.3 comes up tried "disc dvd flash" starts to go then stops and said "erase faled" tried "HTTP" same thing. On my switch panel I have all my light and protection switch set to unprotected, bank switch set to 1 and trying to flash x2 bios.bin 5035 512k file to bank 1. Bank 2 has the "flashbios 3.0.3" in it. please please help.

Check all solder points - it may be you have a solder bridge causing the chip not to program. Give it the once over and let me know.

ok check wires all good checked connection to chip and switch and to mainboard all good do wire good ?

How did you check? Have you a multimeter? If so, check for continuity.

Got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All right got it to flash. I pluged the “wires/pins” back it to the chip you know on a wire install. Then toke a pair of small thin needle nose pliers and gently pushed in each “wirer/pins” on the side that plugs it to the chip. Mad shore they where all the way in to the chip and presto it flashed. “Unbelievable”
