need help flashing the xecuter3

make sure u have the correct switch settings for 1Mb block so the flash file can be loaded completely. I had no problem with either on XBOX 1.0

i have a 1.0 xbox i have tryed 3.0.3, 3.0.1 and when i turn it back on it goes to the biosflash again dose anyone know why or if i am using the wrong flash
