Need help getting evox on xbox

i already have evoxm8plus downloaded and i have a 2.6ce lite chip i jus need to know if i need to use the x2bios manager and make the 1mb or 512k .bin file or do i just open up the rar file and extract the .bin file and simply ftp it 2 my xbox...

i also need to know if i need to install the x2 5035 bios or is that the same as the evolution x? im not sure if x2 5035 are the same type of file...like are they both dashboards and bios..or is x2 5035 just a bios and i need evox as a dashboard..

you should flash the X2 5035 bios to your chip
the m8 and X2 bios are not dashboards, you will need to set that up seperately after flashing the chip

Thanks alot that helped but i also want to know if after i get the x2 5035 do i just unzip and transfer the .bin over to the chip through http or do i need to use a bios manager and make a 1mb file using the bank 1, 2, 3, and 4 and load that file to the chip?

just unzip the file and use the appropriate version bios for your box

vOld- 1.0-1.5
v16lus- 1.6/1.6b

don't need to make a 1mb bios as its already 512k and you can use bank 2 as a backup

once you've got the right version bios for your box, go ahead and flash via http

one last thing...do i need to burn evox dashboard on a cd or dvd or is there anyway possible to ftp it onto the xbox?

i know the tut said cd or dvd but im jus making sure before i go out and buy a pack of cdrw's

You have to boot the Xbox with software that has an FTP server built in. Since the X2 bios does not have this, you are going to have to make a CD/DVD and boot with that in the drive.
