I am using a SATA DVD-RW drive (TSSTcorp TS-H653L) and I want to do a hotswap method to flash my drive. However, I am missing the 12-pin cable that the 360 drive needs. Is there any adapter for it or do I need to buy some other tools to flash the drive?

Here's my SATA drive:

Edit: Will it also be possible to connect the 12pin cable from the 360 and use the SATA cable from my pc to flash it? Since I already have a SATA DVD-RW driver, do I still need to set it to ModeB?

you could buy the xecuter connectivity kit. But if your going to buy that you can use it to put the drive into modeb
