Need help in buying jtag

I found a person selling a jtag on craigslist I gave him a call and he was selling a xenon mobo already jtagged for $140 US. Would that be a good price? and when buying what kinds of things should i consider? like should I check if the KV is good or something? and do I need some files from him?

good price,the kv doesn't really matter,just make sure he has proper proof and that the console actually works lol

proper proof that it's jtagged? I can check by the dash simply from that right? and should i obtain any files from him?

I mean proper prrof that the guy is legit and not a scam.And you should ask him for the original nand and cpu key, as they will be needed if you want to update your console in the future.
