RGH NEED HELP IN READING NAND FROM MY XBOX TRINITY!

Good evening! I just want to ask for help regarding in reading NAND from my Xbox Trinity. I've soldered all the points correct and based from the diagram but when i hook it up on JR Programmer and reading NAND from JRunner app, it fails. Was there a problem with the JR Programmer or the JRunner running on Windows 8.1 or something else. I need some advices guys...

Have you plugged in the Xbox power cable? And what do you mean by "fail" ?

please post pictures of all your soldering and your jr-programmer

also, post your j-runner log please..

also did you install the driver for the jr-programmer?
