Need Help!! JF getting Error when opening. Windows XP

have a friend that using windows XP, has x360pro, ck3 pro, and ck3 probe 3. He will be flashing a Liteon 9series. When attempting to open JF it gets an error. are there any specific drivers he needs and which ones does he need to disable if any? I've been trying to look at the net and havent been able to find much. Thank you ahead of time!

Or read the instructions either within the jungleflasher guide or the txt files that come with it

For a start he needs .net framework installed.
