need help pal and eeprom

my xbox is set to pal i can't get it out of it and when i load up with chip on it works fine when i go to disable my chip it goes to a screen ant sayz it needs service ant the butten goes from green to red flashing so it flashing grren and red the xbox use to work fine when in dash bored it said it can't write to eeprom

ok pal part is fixed big thing now is the the other part and also how do i get it to work using my component cable to work it not a high deff tv it just a flat tube
