LITEON 74850 Need Help Please !! - Modifying Gone Wrong

Hi,

I came across something weird when I tried to chip my friends' Xbox Lite-On 74850C. I believe he might have meddled with it because when I try to retrieve the original .bin it shows me a weird sequence on Jungle Flasher, left bottom corner where it shows me the driver details.

On the O/F Rev column, it gives me something really different and nothing to do with 7485, so when I try retrieve the .bin it doesn't allow me.

Can anyone please help me to put the driver firmware details back to the original because I think he might have flashed it with a total different bin. Now i can't retrieve the original stuff.

I'm sorry, maybe my description was a little misguided so I'm going to write it again.
The number that shows up in that is not quite weird, it shows as 0251 on the O/F Rev.
Now, if i turn on the Xbox, it gets stuck in a white screen saying Update then asks for a CD to update.

So I figured something have gone wrong with the flashing, and I tried the MRA hack as well, try to obtain the .bin files. But it doesn't work. I go half way through, when I power on the drive on the Flash Chip Properties area on the right hand side, it should show me details...it shows blank. And at the bottom it says Re-sending Vendor Intro....and the dots keep going without ending, thus nothing happens.

I hope this shed some light. Thanks for checking on this once again
