Need help,w/flash bios

I have xchip,i can boot up w/m8 load into banks and slayer 2.6 auto installer,everything load perfect but I cant play backup game,which I know they work in my buddy mod xbox,so it isnt the media,everyone is tell me that my chip hasnt been flash yet,is this correct?,and if this is right , how do I do this. I use flash 3.3 didnt work I use xchip crowell, it didnt work,can some one help me.maybe Im missing a step,Im lost,if you can help please help step by step.Thanks
