Need help with bios

Tryied 2 things
1) did a bios setup as flashbios 3.0.3 x 2 bank 1 & 2 and bank 3 & 4 M8+

I think it worked, when i flick the switch to 1 i get Flashbios screen, when i set it to 2 i get the xbox screen but with evox logo in the top left hand corner is this right.

While that is usable, I would recommend making some changes. Since it is booting you may want to finish up your install (configure dash, add apps on HDD, etc.) before doing these.

• Switch the order of the BIOSes. Have the mod BIOS across the first 512KB (switch bank 1, X2BM banks 1 and 2) and FlashBIOS on the second 512KB (switch bank 2, X2BM banks 3 and 4). This way if you ever need to reflash your BIOS you can use FlashBIOS on bank 2 to write a new 512KB BIOS on bank 1. FlashBIOS *always* starts writing at byte 1, the beginning of the chip, regardless of what bank you booted off of or what bank you have selected. If you only flash a 512KB file it will only overwrite the first half of the chip... FlashBIOS won't get touched and will remain on bank 2. Good setup for easy recovery of a bad BIOS flash.
• Ditch the EvoX BIOS and go with X2CL 5035. This is the latest Xecuter2 BIOS and has loads more features than EvoX. Read up in the X2CL support forum.
• Now that you're up and running you can install the app FlashX to your Xbox and have much better control of BIOS flashing than you get with FlashBIOS. This is designed for X2 chips, I assume since you are posting here that this is what you are using. I feel this is the ideal way to flash your chip once you already have the mod complete.
