need help with burns

let me just say I burn my backups. my problem is that I put the burned game in It said reading for a wile then says open tray I can read regular games no problem. I have a liton with flashed firmware in my xbox. for backup creator I have another liton with 0800 firmware on it to ripp. I use Memorex dvd+r dual layer. I burn on a asus external dvd drive. I use imgburn or clonecd please help.

To start with verbatim discs are only supported here for burning xbox 360 games. If u were using verbs then we wud need to see xbc, abgx and imgburn logs.
