but fsd doesnot show in games library in official dash
y?
what am i doing wrong?
i have also tried the folder 00070000, i have also tried placing the whole folder which was fds2 instead of only files, but nothing worked????????????

2. every tutorial said that on the first launch fsd will scan but when i launched it, it never scaned neither asked me, y?

3. in fsd there was nothing in Games Library, Arcade Games. Though i have more then 20 games n 20 arcade games in my hdd?????????????????????

4. is the fsd only for them who use external hdd to play, i mean does the fsd only detects which is on external hdd or its also for those who purely use internal hdd like me???????????

I don't know about showing fsd in game library, but if you want to install it on your internal HDD and let it run by it self every time you boot the console then do the follow:

1. unzip the files and place everything as extracted into a folder (fsd) for example and place that in the root of HDD1.

2. place the launch.ini file in the root of your HDD1 and edit the default line to include the path of your fsd. Should look something like this (Default = Hdd:\fsd\default.xex).

3. run dash launch 2.07 or 2.08 installer

Done.

manwithoutname is right your FSD folder goes on the root of hdd1 not in dd1/content/0000000000/CODE9999/
dash launch 2.08 installer and launch.ini file goes on the root of hdd1
For FSD to see your games you need to set the path in FSD settings/ Content setting/ Manage Game Paths/ and set it to hdd1/Games and save it.

Canada, On.
dont for get to adjust the scan depth in fsd/settings for the files that you are tryin to see. also you may have to change the path for the files you want to see.
say you boot from hdd1 but games on usb0 change the path

ex would be arcade/o/p scan depth would be 3
arcade /o/p/c scan depth would be 4

also if you tryin to boot fsd from say usb0 boot from xex menu . thats assuming you have that installed

if that works then you can creat quick luanch file if so desired

thats what im doin for the time being

that should help a bit maybe???

lol ok lets put you out of your misery shall we ;)
To make a shortcut to freesyledash on your legit xbox dashboard you are going to need to find an older version of FSD right and inside that you need the launch folder right and inside that you want the freestyle-hdd file not the iso file because there is two freestyle-hdd files or if your using the usb you want the freestyle-usb file thats all you need from the old FSD ok.
Now put the freestyle-hdd file on a USB stick go to Xexmenu and copy it to here >> Hdd1:\Content\0000000000000000\CODE9999\00007000\* here*) if you haven't got 00007000 folder make it and put the file in there.
Thats it your done go to your NXE Dash = Normal dash and go to Games Lidrary/All Games and wallah there you go..
