Is there any way i can put a disk 1 from a game thts a install only disk and do it manually with out putting the disk in xbox

It would probably be quicker to install it from the disc to be honest, even if you have a JTAG/RGH console.

It depends on the game. For example, GTAV, COD Ghosts, etc have a content folder on the disc, which can be copied to the internal hdd, or a usbmu. Wolfenstein TNO actually requires that you install from disc, or from a god package, as it will not install from an extracted disc image. Either way, if you have the install disc, then I would suggest using it to install the content.
