NEED HELP WITH M8 BIOS

I just installed an xecuter 3 on my 1.6 xbox. I flashed it with xecuters bios and it works fine. I want to install the M8 bios but i dont know how to. What do u have to put on the disk. Just the 256kb file or do u have to add a skins folder or whatt? Please help me or tell me a site that gives me a complete tutorial.
