Need help with missing file

Not sure this is the right place to ask this..

I'm using DVD2Xbox to copy a game to my HDD (Yes really do own it) After several attempts it copies all but one fle (disk is kindy scratched/used hence the need to put it on the HDD). Is there someplace I might be able to get a single file for a game (Not an ISO)? The usuall places all seem to be just be ISO's and it can take a week of trying to get that.

The game is LOTR:Return of the King
The File is Helmfmv3.vid

Does anyone know if the movie file needed to play?

usually you can get away with playing a game with several files missing as long as they aren't too important (usually sound files don't matter much). i've never played return of the king so i don't know about that file specifically.You can always just load up the game (after u copied it on your xbox and see if you find any problems. Since you do own the actual game and it's just not copyin cuz it's scratched i think it would be perfectly fine for you to rent the game and make a copy of that. i'm sure if sum1 disargees with me i'll be hearing bout it very soon.
