I've been trying to flash my MS25 with the NTFSCD method. I have iPrep loaded with Xtreme 12c fast.

I get to the point where I input iDump 1234567 12345 and select the drive. But when its dumping it just hangs at %01. I've tried it 3 times now, and once with Xtreme 12c Quite.

What am I doing wrong?

Acutally, the firmware is iXtreme_Samsung_v1.2c Fast / Quiet.

And I've been following Textbook's guide.

I, too, am having the exact same problem. Also, sometimes i get an error code stating the backup failed because the back wasn't 256kb. Can anyone assist with this situation??

I maybe a little of a noob, but I am not quite sure what you mean by booting off the flash. I am doing what andyq is, using the cd and iprep. i attempt to dump my drive, select the number for the xtreme drive and then that's were I get trouble. It starts off showing the correct stuff as in Textbook's tut. But, then quickly stops stating the orig.bin isn't 256kb. Any ideas what i can do

I have tried to use the USB flash however to no success. Everytime I use iprep or xtreme boot maker and then try and boot from it. My computer tells me that boot messenger (or something along that line) is missing. I've tried to make a ms dos startup when formatting the USB but that option is shaded out not allowing me to select it. I have windows vista operating system if that helps.
Also, thanks in advance for your assistance
