Need help with my RGH

Hello, so i had a problem with my RGH where it boots but turns off after a few seconds, now i have half fixed the problem as the console has turned on. Now i need to find out what was causing the problem. I'm guessing the problem was a plugin as the eject method worked.


Also would anyone be able to walk me through updating the dashboard as i'm currently on 2.0.16203.0. Would i be able to update straight from this dashboard to the latest or not?

So is it working now or not ?

You can use the updserv function between JRunner and dashlaunch to update the dashboard

Yeah, the console is on right now, but I'm guessing the problem was a plugin and I'm not sure what plugin caused the problem.

Would i be able to update straight from 2.0.16203.0 to 2.0.17150.0? Or would i have to do the updates in between?

you can always update from whatever dash ur on to whatever the newest one you can build is.

the info is alllll right there on page 22 on the easiest way to do this,we dont mind helping,but were not here to spoonfeed.

I have never updated my dashboard before and I'm just trying to make sure i do it right. If you could help me that would be great.

why did you buy an rgh if you're not going to read on how to operate it and keep it updated? There's this thing called google and it will tell you all you need to know.

The plugin was probably xblse right?

Yeah, i bought the RGH around 2 years ago, but then i never had the time to use it anymore and now i have time to use it again.
