I'm assuming you connected the PSU to the xbox and mains? If you done that then possibly one of two:

1. Bad soldering joint?

2. One of those boards that we have been talking about here for months now that just won't read or write the NAND.

If you have used the QSB already you could try cutting the wires of the 2nd connector that uses the pin header and solder to the points beneath the board.

Can you post some pics of your soldering so we can take a look?

Without seeing the board we couldn't really tell. Soldering the pin headers is harder than what it seems. Reason is you have to clear the soldering points in order to put the pin headers through and it's not that easy task specially if you're not used to. If the contact points are damaged then it's pretty much a lost cause.

thats just 1 bad block. save that dump and then dump it at least 4 more times saving each of them a different name eg. nand1, nand2 etc.

then compare them and if youve got 0 mismatching blocks then youre good to go although you might need to remap that 1 bad block but i doubt it. wait for confirmation off manwithoutname cause im more into firmware and hes got a real good knowledge of all things jtag.

theres no point resoldering if its dumped the nand. error 250 is a bad block which is common and may require remapping. continue with dumping the nand a few times and compare them with nand compare, if theres 0 mismatching blocks then it should be good.

Have you dumped the NAND 3 or 4 times like flash said? Then compare them using nandcompare tool? Did you do the JTAG part as well?
