Need Help With Repair!

I little while ago I tried to install a X3 on my box and could not get it to work. Me and my dad still believe it can be fixed but I need someone to fix it (for money of course.) I had someone that PM'ed me and said they would do it for $25 but when they switched the fourms it got deleted. So if the person that told me they could do this could contact me again that would be great, or if anyone else could do this just say so. Thanks!

It FRAGs on boot with mod enabled. It still works fine when I disable or remove it. I may have messed up the lpc port or damaged a trace. How much do you think it will cost?
