I followed this because I have windows 8 and I am unable to disable it using this:
When I disabled the driver signature enforcement my PC wouldn't boot got a black screen saying something I can't remember "please select boot device then restart" or something. Before I tried this I also tried the cmd thing but the first line worked:
bcdedit -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
But this line said that safe boot is blocking it from turning on:
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON
Safe boot is the thing I tried to disable using the steps above which almost broke my PC. Any idea's what I can do?
EDIT: Have also tried dseo13b program with no results

- From the Metro Start Screen, open Settings (move your mouse to the bottom-right-corner of the screen and wait for the pop-out bar to appear, then click the Gear icon).
- Click ‘More PC Settings’.
- Click ‘General’.
- Scroll down, and click ‘Restart now’ under ‘Advanced startup’.
- Wait a bit.
- Click ‘Troubleshoot’.
- Click ‘Advanced Options’
- Click ‘Windows Startup Settings’
- Click Restart.
- ???
- Profit!
