Ok i have a tx unlocked board and a lite on 1071 drive i flash the pcb following a guide from here and the pcb will not read games at all with lt3.0 one main question i had was is it ok if the liteon drive was originally HW A0B0 and i replaced the drive with a liteon HW A0A0 any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey man im just sayin i follwed the guide to the t and for some reason theres nothing mentioning a liteon 1071 with tx pcb only 0225 but anyway i have a replacement drive with different hardware version will that make a difference i will post the log in a minute thanks for your response though
Ok and i did but it will not even read originals should i just try to reflash it the drive didnt outro correctly the first time i pushed it but the other 3 it said verified and went perfect thats the only thing i can think of im def a noob with the unlocked pcb i usually just do the sputnik or kamikaze but this pcb solder points were lifted so thats why iam trying the pcb anyway im gonna reflash it with lt and if it dont work try stock fw and post logs here thank you guys for trying to help me

If its installed correctly and flashed exactly like in the tut, it might be a hardware problem. I actually had one 1.0 pcb that did refuse to eject, after replacement it worked like a charm.
Ok well i just did it again to stock fw and it still does it the game spins 2 times real quick then open trey same thing with dvds only cds read and thats with both liteon cfw and with lt 3.0 log will be up in a min
did u have laser pluged in when flashing? if so u could have damaged the laser. and will need a replament.
It was doin this after the first couple flashes which the laser ribbon was not connected for hmm i also have another laser just no clue how to swap them also if the green white and yellow wires that run to the pcb on my other drive not the one im using now are pulled out like the block thing they are soldered to if that comes out so its hangin there is that drive screwed thanks again

It wouldnt be the wires (red black) that go into the piece to make the pcb solderless could it like maybe there not making good contact idk i shouldve just soldered it directly to it

Any thoughts on this man ive programmed the pcb right and all seems to be fine on my end i just dont get it and the original pcb is not an option as the board is destroyed (pad lifted) and thats the thing i thought i had the laser ribbon connected but nope every flash it was disconnected and i just did another 0225 mxic perfect right berfore it man idk whats wrong here

I read the tut to program the pcb like 100 times i just dont know and ya i didnt snip the wires cause i could just solder it right to the board i had it that way at first and switched to daughterboard

Just like i thought the extra drive i had HW A0A0 the original drive was HW A0B0 and of course in drive properties it states that so i fixed that busted clip part with the three wires from the pic put the tx pcb in that fixed drive with HW A0B0 the original and right away it reads everything fine thanks for your replys
