by any chance are you using vista and XBM 0.3.5? if so, you will have more success with XBM 0.5.3 when it comes to vista

Well I tried using XBM 0.5.3, no luck with it, I got the error message. Then tried XBM 0.3.5, got the error message. Finally tried XBM 0.3.6 and got the error messages lol. I am really stumped here..

Oh, yes I am using Vista. Do you think I would have better results on a XP computer?

yes.. xp would work better.

for vista i you can only use XBM 0.5.3.
however 64 bit version is not supported atm.

i should try :
right click the .exe file > properties > compatibility , then check run in xp compatible mode,
