Need help xbox not booting dash no video or audio

Hi Im pretty new to this area for xbox. I was wondering if anyone can help me out with this issue im having? well basically everything was working fine until i think i did a controller button combo or the power up and open button combo. But now my xbox won't boot up into the dash. What happens when i press the power the xbox power up and shut off and on 3 times and the xecuter3 light will be blue and the open tray button ring will change colors from red to green but i would not get any audio or video from the xbox.Please if anyone can help out with this i would really appreciate it. THanks

tools need to flah xbox drive

hi all i am new to this so please be gentle with me can some tell me what i will need to connect my xbox dvd drive to my pc to be flashed i have the following tools

1) xbox opening tool plus relevant screwdrivers

i did see a vid that you can connect the drive to your pc via usb to sata but have also read that you need some sort of power unit as you don't want to power on the xbox without the drive connected as there is a possibility you can get band but this dose not matter to me as i will be using my other xbox to play on xbox live thanks in advance

open the box let us know what drive is in it, then we can tell you how to flash it

once you get it opened up you'll notice a sata plug and a power socket in the back of your dvd drive, you'll need to plug the sata end on the motherboard of your 360 into a free sata port on your pc or if you dont have sata on your pc invest in a VIA VT6421A , plus you'll need to download a few applications for your pc from xbins. there should be a few tutorials flying around here that'll help you out
