Need help

So i installed my coolrunner to my xbox 360 256mb jasper and i by accidentally left hdmi in when installed one wire and now getting a red thing on power supply and wont boot but i didn't have the power supply in at the time.I tried to use multi meter to check fuses but i dont know what fuses to check all point are solder good so i dont know what happened please help and is there a way i can fix this or get suggestions.

I'm Just trying to get help to figured out how to turn on my xbox my friend gave me the cool runner and I saw videos that have it in so I thought I could use it can someone please just give me suggestions

Terrible soldering :/ I can see 2 or 3 shorts on board and coolrunner.
