need help

I just install my x3 chip with the pcb rebuild on my xbox with 1.6 mobo. When I started it, the x3 logo on the x3 switch is red and the blue led light is flashing. I reviewed everything I did and everything seems ok. What is the problem. Thank you for your kind response and help.

well, what is the problem? Is the xbox broken, or are you just mad because you want the blue light on? I would say to check your soldering again. Remelt the solder and make sure it is perfect.
