Need Help!

My xecuter 3 is working fine with bios 1959 showing up, but wen i disable the chip and start up the normal xbox it starts with the green logo then it says "u need customer service" with number 13 in the corner, and the front LED lights flashing orange and green.
Why is that?
what should i do?

sounds like you have some of the files on your c drive messed up they are the original msdash.

thats a dashboard problem, im pretty sure the dashboard file isnt named right. reboot to x3 bios and then rename the dash so that the bios can find it and then boot it

format your c: drive and then use slayers 2.6 (i know they're annoying but they work) to restore a working ms dash

not error 13...its a dash error

wonder if he even put the original contents back on the c: partition
