as i said earlier, i cannot read the 512MB (64mb) nand because the board is defective. and i dont know if it is possible to replace 16mb nand chips with 512mb nand chips - because the spec is different and i think it require board modification..cmiiw., so it is easier for me to generate a new nand from given cpu key from xell
yes. use a donor nand to generate a new fake nand.
by the time you boot xell, you should examine its fuses and use martin's guide http://team-xecuter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77634 to know the LDV exactly.
then generate new nand with given CPU and known LDV
