LITEON 0225 Need some advice: flashed my lite on 0225 firmware to lt+v2.0

Hello everyone and thank you all for your existing . I need some help as i doesn't had any xbox in my life and need some advice in.

xbox slim 4gb kinekt
I flashed my dvd drive to lt+2.0 (I think it was done correct)
I assebled drive and placed it back to xbox, everything seems to be fine (tray open-close-read official disk)
I'm on dash 2.0.9119.0 - don't know anything about. My question now is :

1)How can i know that flashing of drive succeeded completely - can i burn some little game/or something else to single layer dvd-r to check if it will read copied games?Don't have dual layer drive and dvd's for the moment...
2)Should i update to latest or before latest dash?And from where should I get it?Is it safe to update from disk I get with xbox "kinekt adventures"

Please tell me if i need to specify something to help you help me

You can only back up your games to a dual layer disc so you need a dual layer burner. A liteon Ihas for newer games and verbatim dual layer discs. + not -

You can update but if you go to dashboard 13599 or above you will reflash your drive back to stock and lock the drive so you will have to reflash again.

Ok, inderstand part of dvd discks.

But what to do with dashupdate, I would not be able to play any game with this old dashbord, am i right?

How should i process the bast way.
What i tought is : now i need to unmount my drive once again unlock it flash with stock firmware(would be grate to know exact name/number) lock it again, mount it in xbox update to dash 13604, unmount it again unlock and flash with lt+2.0? Am I right?

I don't think your drive will be locked yet but I'm no expert. You're correct.

Take drive out and return it to stock. 0225 original

Update to the latest dash. Currently 14699

Unlock and reflash drive to LT2.0
