Hey whats going on buddy. So I have 3 consoles I gotten from a freind which I can Jtag.

I just have a few questions after reading Some Jtagging guides. Thanks for your time.

I have 3 consoles I would like to Jtag.

1. Xenon with Dashboard 7363

1. Falcon with Dashboard 7363

1. Falcon with Dashboard 16203

What I would like to know is if I have the correct kits that I would need to do these mods. I have not done this in many years and see that there are a ton new Chipsets and Programmers out there. And just would like to clarify what Im going to purchase is what I need for this. I know I prob sound like a Noob here But just want to make sure Im right and am on the correct path.
I been reading and researching for a few days now. I was going to just use the resistors, and transistors and switching diodes. But someone told me about the QSb's soo. Thanks guys Any help is appreciated. I dont think I missed anything If I did please let me know so I can get into depth and reading up on it. Thanks guys This site is awesome!!

I have found This Kit for Phat consoles. Is this what I want to Jtag each console? As I see it also contains the JR Programmer V2 for Nand Reading.

And Im going to need 2 of These Kits for each other Consoles?

Also do I need to Purchase This Wire kit for each Console?

Now is it worth Buying a Nand reader for each console? Do you recommend I keep the Nand reader Soldered to the Mobo for future Updates or anything?

QSBs are always better than normal diodes or transistors.. much cleaner install and better performance.. and they're cheap..

you'll need something to read your nand with (nand-x or jr-programmer) for all 3 consoles

you'll need a CR4 for the last console on dash 16203 so buy the kit in the first link, that gives you the jr-programmer and the QSBs

that should be all :)

So what would you recommend for someone to use. The QSB's or the Resistors n Transistors??

Also I just need 1 JR Programmer correct? Or do I need one for each console?

I would recommend getting the QSB for the jtag consoles. they're only a couple $$

yeah, you only need 1 JRP.. read and write to the nand and then put it away :)

pls kindly disreguard the dumbass comment of getting a cr4 for a jtaggable console.that wnt be needed, just qsb for jtag, and a device to r/w nand such as jr programmer v2.jr will come with the nand reading wires so those arent needed either.,the double sheilded cables not needed neither.the 16203 console you could run with cr4 but the other 2 def just get the stuff to jtag it.

Heheh thanks for the input. Yes I know the CR4 is for the Falcon On 16203 Dashboard. Thats why I was buying the Full Phat Kit

As for the Jtaggable Consoles On dashboard 7363 I was buying the extra QSB Kits.

Now How come I wont need the Double shielded Cable? What I want to use the same Programmer for 2 consoles...

Other than that you see what Im buying it is all correct for what I want to do?

That cable comes with the CR4 XL Bundle.

The JRP V2 can be used as many times as you like - I have used mine lots of times since the JRP V2 was released.

Once you have the correct parts, follow the correct guides and you will be up and running in no time at all.

Get this for the 16203 Falcon.

Get this for the 7363 Falcon.

Get this for the Xenon.

For the sake of $2, it is worth putting this in your cart too in case your Xenon suffers from E79 with the original JTAG kit installed.

The CR4 XL bundle I linked to includes a JRP V2.
add THIS and THIS for the 2 JTAGable consoles :)

Ok ok now Im a little confuse. So I wont need THIS at all for the 2 consoles on 7363???
