That is everything you need (get a JRP wire set too or an additional set of Phat V3 QSBs for each motherboard).
Need some Advice on Jtag's

they are nand and jtag qsb.. so if you don't want to solder wires directly to the motherboard to read the nand on your 3 consoles, then get 2 extra sets (CR4 kit comes with one set)
if you're going to get 2 extra sets of THEM, then you won't need THIS as you can use the jtag qsb on the 2 falcons

It does and it doesnt. What Blakey Posted I got in my Cart. So what Im confused about is.... if I get 2 extra sets of the QSB V3 Install kit. I wont need to buy the TX Non-Xenon JTAG Kit (Kit #2) Right???

ok.. let me try and clear things up..
you can get THIS to wire directly to all 3 of your boards to read the nand like below
if you don't want to wire directly, you can install the QSB which is included in THIS like below

Im pretty computer savy and know my way around consoles. Just was confused with what to buy cuz 1 person was telling me 1 thing and another telling me another thing. So I just wanted
to make it clear and make sure I was getting the correct stuff.
When I did this Mod way back in the day I used Resistors and wires. And a Nand Reader that was made in 09 and was not the greatest. with whats out today, I see you can do alot and is easier work
and much cleaner too. I wish I knew all about this in the beginning of the year, cuz me Dad threw out about 10 consoles that I could have done this to and have had some fun.
BTW I have another Xenon on Dashboard 13604 anything I can do with that console?
Just wanna make sure how does this look now =)~

also, the CR4 bundle comes with a JR programmer so you don't need an extra one
the "external adapter for all QSB v3" is installed so you don't have to open up your console everytime you want to read/write to your nand.. once intalled, it stays there.. up to you if you need it or not
the xenon with dash 13604 can be usefull as a paper weight

you can RGH1 it but its not stable.. just flash it and play it till it dies

the cr4 doesn't support xenon's. U need to glitch the xenon to get the DVD key that u need, u can't just read the nand to get that info. U can do a key recovery with a rev c or cr3 lite etc on a rgh1 xenon but it cud take hours/days to glitch or not even glitch at all. To cut a long story short in my eyes its a paper weight.

With doing RGH1 with that Xenon Im guessing its really not worth trying or getting it done by someone? just dont want a damn paper weight or Expensive DVD player =)

Check if anyone has a n old coolrunner they want to sell you so you can RGH the xenon and extract the dvd key and get the console playable..
If you cant find a coolrunner, then you may need to get your hands on a different chip by another manufacturer
