About 6 months ago I had my 360's benq flashed and up until this point it has worked flawlessly. The last few days I get a error saying the disc is dirty and cannot read. It does this with originals too. No red rings, just the error and wont play any discs. Anyhthing I can do or do i need a new drive? If so, anywhere i can buy a pre-flashed drive? Thanks

Try cleaning out the drive and laser. And if that doesn't work get a new BenQ drive and swap PCBs.
If cleaning dosent work, do you know where i can buy a new benq? sorry I had this modded for me so whats a pcb? ThanksBacon said:
The PCB is the Circut board that contains teh firmware chip, drive controller ect. Just buy a new one and swap them, then no flash is needed. You can get a BenQ from ebay.

Hey Bro,
Take the Drive outta the Box, Pull the sata and Power adapter Also Take note the power wire is keyed
DO NOT Plug it in upside down... Once its out Flip it over 4 screws Pull the top and BE VERY CAREFUL
of the Ribbon cables as you can TEAR THEM. You will see on the bottom side there is a clip
you move with your thumb The board will be loose Carefully Pull the ribbon cable from the read head
the power ribbon to the drive head actuater, The board should be Free if there is another cable forgive me
as i am going off memory... Just be careful...
