Hello all. New to the comunity. Just got my xbox a few weeks ago and headed out to get a 200 gig HD and a X3. Had a buddy install it and got it back. It seems to be working, but I am having a hard time getting to backup the games to the HD. It doesnt wanna goto that option on the system management.

Also it is skipping over the X media player and the movie player. I tried doing a search and read the faq, but I couldnt find anything. (unless i overlooked it since this is very annoying) Any help would be cool.

TIA and hope to learn alot here.

I'm unsure of what your question is.

Are you trying to copy this stuff from a disk (D:\) or are you ftping it?

I am trying to copy the actual game to the HD. It is not letting me chose the options "Game and media backup", and "Game Management on Xbox HD".

I actually didnt install it. I had a friend do it.

I can see dvd2xbox under the "launch apps from HD" option, but it will not allow me to scroll over it. Blah, it sucks learning new things.

XCommander is another good file mananger/DVD copier... but sometimes the default.xbe and some folders doesnt show up in the list to copy, DVD 2 Xbox always worked for me though.
