Need some detail on the DG16D5S, Drive..

can you swap the DG16D5S PCB Board with a DG164S PCB Will it WORK..

Only in a rgh with nofcrt enabled.

so swapping my PCB board with DG164S end with nofcrt Patch ,,
presto dont have to toss out my DVD Drive,, Yea like this sh*t,, o yea..

dosent matter the version of the DG164S Drive Right..
they are call compatible for this to work..

make sure your keys match build a nofcrt nand board type should not matter. I am guessing you just want a drive flashed with LT plus on a RGH?

My Problem es that i have few Corona With No DVD Drive,, end I dont want to buy LTU PCB ,, prefer to get a Simple PCB,, DG16D4S.. much more simple Plus RGH system dont use,, Official Online server...
end that my case, hahaha..

prefer a cheap fix dont wanna Hot my head up with 2 much thing at the moment..


also i wanted to ask,, the Laser Lens on the DG16D5S are they the same as the DG164S or different model,, from each other.. have a console that do-sent read DVD Drive es Good
on Corona, its DG16D5S,, only need Lens Change,, so,, wanted to know if the laser are the same on the 2 drives..

Lasers are the same. If your are not looking to use LTPlus just patch the your nand (jrunner under advanced) with keyvault (DVD key) off whatever 4s slim drive you have into your nand along with the nofcrt and you'll be fine. either way.

I dont play Online,, Never DID,, all my console are RGH,, plus the only game I play Online es COD black ops 2,, with Xlink Freestyle dash system,, 30min game that it,, lol that all I Play..

thought i would add this here,but all slim drives use the same laser,all d4s,d5s and hitachi use the hop-15xx.
