LITEON 74850 need some info peeps

hi all,

ma daft brother updated his xbox on lt 1.91, but canont get by the failed update etc its on the new liteon firmware, tried usb, dvd on stock just will not get by it, its an opus montherboard, can you still use the new glitch reset hack on a montherboard that has failed to update to the correct dash, is are you still capable of reading the nand and getting the cpu key etc to install homebrew.

ave only ever flashed drives before and never read the nand of a console before, just wondering if the console is kaput,

so u have tried setting back to stock......(for the drive revision as the dash WAS) and then cleared the update, and retried the update?

What update was it

Xbox live or disc update?

i returned the drive back the the liteon revision 2510c stock, tried to clear update holding sync to no avail, comes up with can't read update from disk please reinsert disk to continue the update,

status code 3151-335a-b800-0f00-c000-0059

tried burnin the update from ms to disk and usb pen but no joy,

Your Xbox is not shatter. All you have done is try to update from a backup.

Either put the original game in. It will continue. Or do a Google search for the 13146 update. The newest update from Microsoft is two ahead. You need this update. Which is the same as the disc.

Or reflash with lt+ 1.91 and the remove the hd and put backup in. It will continue.

try using the ORIGINAL disc to complete the update, not the BACKUP
