Ive here a xenon xbox with broken nand (e71). Jtag is not possible..... Can someone help me out with a nand and dvd key. So i can run this old box again.

Uhhhhh I'm not sure where you are going with this. Another nand isn't going to help at all!

Details for Error code E71/1013

Description:

This error is related to a failed dashboard update, can also be NAND related if you have an Infectus chip....
It can also often be caused by a cold joint under the Southbridge(if it wasnt caused by an update).
According to XBH: Error within Xam

Fixes:

1) Patch for the fall update(search on Google for it)/ Insert the NXE Update disc before the error screen pops up
2) Reflow the Southbridge
3) Southbridge X-Clamp Fix
4) If Software related, the JTAG Hack might work to fix it.

We need a little more details on what happened to your console.

I dont think it's the hardware. Dit already a reflow. The CB is not jtagable. So i will try to put a donor nand on it.

Do you have the CPU key? If not then what you are attempting to do is not possible.

Also, how was it reflowed? Did you send it to someone or did you attempt it yourself. No offence but the homebrew reflows often fail so you can't say for sure it's not a hardware problem if the proper equipment wasn't used in the process.

You can also try this and see if it helps.

Clear Any Failed system updates that cause the console to error.

1. With the console off, press and hold the sync up button (the small white one)
2. While holding the sync button press the power button to turn on the console
3. Continue to hold the sync button until the Console has booted up completely.
4. During the boot process the console should clear any failed updates, allowing you to use it normally.

as krafter states you need cpu key . I already made enquiry's into rgh a flacon with same issues .I know for certain you cannot do it on a xenon no way to glitch board to get cpu yet . Best bet buddy if krafters tips didnt work is to unplug dvd drive and try method again .I know this as it could be a update on flashed drive locking system up giving you e71 error.If you get it up and running check and restore drive to stock as well before progressing further.

You would need your cpu key and theirs to do anything. If you only had the donor cpu key, you would need the donor cpu too. In other words, nothing you can do software wise

With the RGH 2.0 coming you'd be able to get the cpu key and recreate an image with a donor nand... just hold out a bit and you'll be fine I'm sure.

with a donor nand (assuming it's got the same LDV, dash, etc) you can transplant the KV and should be good as well - it's really not THAT simple, but it's the basic idea of how it would work.
