Lol, wouldn't start a fight with anyone, unless self defence,.. but that is besides the point, I paid for his service, where is my goods! no one can help me here?.. I am angry, but not that angry i'd go out of my way to knock on his door, I live very far anyway, so that wouldn't happen.... I lost so much crap, what am I meant to do? blake wont reply to anyone., he clearly doesn't care, he is no longer in the mod scene, and won't reply to even a super mod he doesn't care about my stuff.

if that's the case then request for admin on here or xecuter himself may respond ,but what I would do if it was my stuff , be knocking on his door , that don't work get the police involved for theft , I seen another thread that someone sent something to him and there were problems(fyi learn to do this stuff yourself) no one has the right to take advantage of anyone , this needs to stop what a damn shame

the only reason why I sent to him as he was the first guy to reply to my request VIA PM, I sent to a few people, , but went with him, as he was the first, he was a super mod, so thought nothing of it,, really don't know what the staff can do... its not like they can force him to do anything, even if they removed him from the forums, he is no longer in the modding scene, as he stated recently.. and told me before I sent it, but he told me he'd do mine anyway.. don't think he would care...... so it sucks, I lost alot of stuff.

How do request an admin? I have to do it, I waited long enough, console has been away for over a month, granted it wasn't all blakes fault due to sourcing parts..... but time has ran out, how do I request an admin.

Ok, I understand you may be friends with blake, not saying hes scammed me or anything, as people know he is a well known user... what I am saying is, he claimed and said parcel should be sent back monday (last week) if collected, and after I asked him about the courier information.. then I never heard from him again... his old posts say he posts consoles VIA 48 hour courier.... and tomorrow is my 9TH working day, he has ignored me since last week, he wont tell me what is going on, and he has quit the mod scene for good, ignored sherlock (super mod)... but from my point of view, its not very good customer service... I know he is no longer in the scene anymore, but that still doesn't ,mean he can avoid me, .. I paid for the service, sent in my console and paid for the parts! ..
I am at a bloody loss here, a big one, I can't do anything, as blake just gives me 0 information, and it should of arrived ( if he posted it) what can I do? can't do sh*t! cause I have no freaking idea what is going on, in total I have lost around £386 around that. this is no joke... its that high because, I bought parts from MRCONSOLES what was a scam.. £76 down the drain. not blakes fault of course, but still sick of getting messed around and ripped off.
So yeah LOSING a total of £386, I worked hard for, just to be gone.. is heart breaking, you can sit there, and defend blake, "oh he is a decent guy" not doubting, I am sure he is a nice guy, but that still doesn't solve this mystery.. just in case people think I am bull sh*tting.. this is what he said to me.....

I'm in no way defending him, I don't really care that he's not contacted you regarding it either, not because i'm a d**k (although I am), simply because it has no bearing on myself & Ive more important things to worry about.
I got ripped, by an ex-mod of a forum, on christmas day, to the tune of £500. It was sickening, the guys had a whip round and I wasn't out of pocket. I didn't cry or pm every moderator on the board, they actually contacted me.
I took over 3 weeks to send a console back to Goldeneye on here recently. Between real life & sourcing the parts I really didnt have time, the postage, PSU & chip cost more than he sent me, so it was kind of a trade off, but equally I expect he was heavily frustrated. Ultimately, my employer pays me a considerable sum of money & that will always come before modding / repairing consoles - numerous times Ive said Id post stuff and failed to make that deadline, sometimes by a week or more, simply because the nature of my employment & being a contract manager means I have to stay until the jobs done & work from home on a laptop after that. It happens, and I'm afraid, unless the customer is paying in excess of £35k a year, they'll come below my contractual job in my priority list.
Yes a pm only takes a minute, recently, I've been lucky if I get a break in a 16 hour shift - it happens.

Not expecting you to care about my hard earned cash, but I am only going by what blake told me, and that is what he told me, and ill stick by it.. we both live in the UK only like 200 mils away or something, its hardly a big distance, it does take 2 seconds to reply with the information I require.... tracking... courier information etc etc... .. I understand people are busy, work, and stuff take priority.. don't say I don't understand because I do... regardless of what you say or think, its still annoying don't know if he posted it like he claimed or if he still has it, that's the part what is annoying me, is it lost in the post? does blake have it... ! that's the question I want answered.... blake said install was complete and was sending it back last monday, that is what I was going by.. no more updated information is the problem here.
I have been quiet for over a month, I allowed a reasonable amount of time, more than I hoped and expected but still gave plenty of time..... and FYI never once said he was a thief.

FWIW: London is 100 miles from me, it took ParcelForce 2 weeks to deliver a jtaggable jasper to Ldngeez, sent via 24 hour delivery when we were testing the nandx.
They were absolutely f**king useless at updating me on what was going on too.

I have tried many times, dude, I am getting sick and tired quite frankly, don't want to bother him no more, I have sent many messages he ignores every single one, I don't think it is intentional, and like you say, is most likely a reason, I thought if a super mod contacted him, I thought he would give them a response, deeming getting my console, so yeah I did think it would help..
so your saying I will get my console you can assure me of that?
maybe your right, maybe its just some sort of postal issue, fair dos, but I DON'T know that, as I got no update.

If people like myself or blakey were stealing consoles, we'd of done it when we had 30+ in over the course of a week & when they were worth money.
A 360 now sells for £15-20 on facebook, it'd be more lucrative to steal petrol once than 3 xboxes.

then I again, I do not have any postage info, don't know what courier or tracking, what can i do? what if it doesn't come within the 2 weeks, like you stated, nothing can be done, as only blake knows the answer and stopped pming him, as quite frankly don't want to bother him no more..

how about this, how about you get him to tell me what is going on? Yeah don't expect you to care oggy, its not your item, but I do care ,I paid, and I want to know if I will receive it... I have left it over a month, I have been pretty silent,.. if I have to post everyday to get my console back, yes I will... you're also forgetting,,,, Nintendo Demon is in that console, and that is bad rep for him... so I am not thinking about my self, thinking of others to.

All.. I will say is wow just wow, what a loving community modding scene has went total underground now, how was that bad what I said? Nintendo demon was in that console is not just my problem its his too, due to his item is in it, and was sent to blake to install, it may not be his fault, but he has to either find out the issue, and what is going on. .. on his side.. so he has to find out, or refund me, I don't really want refunded, I really want my item, I would really appreciate if you asked blake for a response.. thank you.
